On September 15, 2007, several employees of Northeast Professional participated in the 2007-2008 Stark county American Heart Association Heart Walk.  Together, our office staff, nurses and therapists collected over $2000 in donations in support of the American Heart Association's mission to fight our nation’s No. 1 and No. 3 killers—heart disease and stroke.  We would like to thank our community, friends, co-workers and business associates in helping us raise support for the event.

Northeast Professional Home Care was again selected as a 2007 Home Care Elite provider.  The Home Care Elite is the list of top-performing home health care agencies that have shown remarkable clinical and operational success.  The Home Care Elite list reprsents the top 25% of the home health care agenices in the nation, as calcuated by Home Health Compare scores, quality improvement and financial data from Medicare Cost Reports.

Northeast Professional Home Care is proud to announce that it is the fastest growing home health care provider and the fifth largest provider for the Area Agency on Aging 10B based on FY2006 budget allocations as reported in the recently released Area Agency on Agining 10B 2006 Annual Report.  A copy of the annual report can be downloaded here.

January 2007. 

Northeast Professional Home Care, Inc. today announced that it has been named to the 2006 HomeCare Elite, the inaugural compilation of the most successful home care providers in the country.  This ground-breaking review names the Medicare-certified agencies whose performance measures in quality, improvement and financial performance are amount the top 25% of providers nationwide.  Additionally, the 2006 HomeCare Elite indicates those providers ranked in the Top 100 and Top 500 of providers nationwide.

October is National Physical Therapy Month. To celebrate the 80 years of the profession's existence, the American Physical Therapy Association has chosen a slogan that captures the essence of physical therapy, "The Science of Healing, the Art of Caring". Northeast Professional would like to take this time to thank our great team of physical therapists for a job well done.

On Saturday, September 16, 2006, Northeast Professional Home Care will be participating in the American Heart Association's Heart Walk in Akron, Ohio. The Heart Walk will take place at the beautiful Athletics Field House at The University of Akron starting at 9:00am.

On Tuesday, September 12, 2006, Northeast Professional Home Care will be celebrating its Tenth Year Anniversary. Anthony and Eunsook Vallone founded the Agency in 1996 in North Canton, Ohio. Since that time, Northeast Professional has grown from a small group of nurses and therapists to over 300 clinicians and administrative staff serving the home health care needs of Ohio’s aging population.
